omigosh it's FEBRUARY!

Love, chocolates, GLASSES.

Twenty Twenty Family Vision Center will be OPENING THIS MONTH!

We have not set an exact date yet, because there are still some question marks looming over the timeline. BUT I will say that we will definitely be seeing patients sometime this month.

Here are a few photo updates:

As most of you saw, the exterior signs went up this last week:

It feels so real now!

We also have paint and ceilings! Front optical:

The picture does not do the wall-color justice, it's a pretty bluish grey color that I fell in love with at my friends' vision clinic in New Berlin. The punched-out spots on the wall are where the glasses will be displayed.

The back hallway, looking towards the front:

I love the wall-color back here too, the lighter color really brightens everything up.

My dad made this awesome tornado chandelier-ish type thingy for the optical:

When it is finished, there will be a bunch of beautiful antique glasses frames all around it, and some Edison bulbs hanging down inside.

You guys, my sweet dad has been collecting glasses frames for me for YEARS in the hopes that I would one day open my own practice. I CANNOT wait to see how this special piece comes out.

Other than that, we have been busy little bees sorting and tagging all of our beautiful glasses frames. I am so in love with the frames we got and I can't wait to show them to you. Be sure to stay tuned on Facebook because we are going to be doing some major giveaways soon. I am talking like, FREE-sunglasses-type giveaways.

That's about all for now. Contractor Mike is telling me that things should pretty much be wrapped up by the end of next week (the 10th). From there, we need to get all of the exam equipment moved in and set up, and then we will be open for business!

If you are interested in booking an appointment, I am telling people to call the store on or after Feb 14th. 262-664-7120.

Looking forward to sharing this space with you in person very soon!

~Dr. Meg
